Thicker protective blade coating in addition to an extra protective barrier on the first 6" provide increased tape durability. Wider, thicker blade provides 17' of reach. Matte black finish with green markings provide improved legibility in varied lighting conditions.

Improved diamond coated end hook protects the entire front of the tape and prevents the tape from snagging and tearing. Bolstered case design provides protection against drops from extreme heights. Redesigned belt clip makes it easier to place the tape on a pocket, belt or bag.

Enlarged numbers and increments make reading tapes easier. Dual-sided blade printed with vertical quick read scale on underside for overhead and hard-to-reach measurements. Steel tether point offers increased safety capability when working at height.

Tether point can also be used for scribing and drawing arcs during layout.
